The Key to buying foreclosures

How to buy Government Owned Homes

There are many foreclosed properties available in Idaho, and throughout the country. If the property was financed with an FHA loan, it is turned over to HUD by the foreclosing Lender.
If the property was financed with a VA loan, it gets turned over to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

We are Registered Sales Brokers for both HUD and VA owned properties. Contact George for information on qualifying, viewing, and bidding on these homes. You must go through a Registered Broker to bid on these homes.

VA OWNED HOMES:
VA homes are available to Veterans and non-vets. The available financing will vary based on the condition of each property.VA Vendee financing is back! This can be No down for owner occupants, and 5% down for investors, with no mortgage insurance, tax service, or appraisal required!

(I) Insured, meaning the home qualifies for FHA financing.

(IE) Insured with a repair escrow, you can get an FHA loan, and HUD will remburse you for the required repairs.

(UI) Uninsured, the home does not qualify for FHA financing.

You can also get other types of financing on HUD homes. For more information Contact George, or click on Free Qualifying.
